Return/Refunds/Exchanges
oneSimplegirl will gladly return or exchange your unused items within 10-days of receiving your purchase if you are not fully satisfied with your product.
You may return your product purchased from oneSimplegirl online store for a full refund minus shipping charges within 10-days of receiving your product. All returns must be in original packaging and in perfect, unused condition for a refund. Please contact us for further details.

Q: What material are the brushes made of?
A: The material composition of our artful brushes is as follows:
- The handle is crafted from solid wood
- The ferrule forged of aluminum
- The hair fashioned from synthetic strands
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day. During high volume periods, your order may take longer than anticipated.
Q: What do I do if my order is damaged?
A: If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 2-days of delivery to assist you and send out a replacement. Unfortunately, damaged items that are notified to us later than 2-days of delivery will not be eligible for a replacement.
Q: How can I update my order?
A: Once an order has begun processing, we are unable to make any changes. This includes updates to your shipping information and/or product selection. Please always review your order before submitting it.
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or modify orders once submitted. Please contact us for return options.
Q: When will an item be back in stock?
A: As we do our best to keep all items in stock, at times, it's not always possible due to high demand. As we do not have specific restock dates, scroll to the bottom of any page of our website where you can sign up for updates on new products and notifications when products come back in stock.
Q: I never received a tracking email. Can I still get a tracking number?
A: A good first step is to check your Spam/Junk Folders. If you don't see it in there, please contact us, and we will be happy to get the tracking number for you.
